Price, purchase terms, and license delivery
Before payment, the user sees the final price, selected client or chronicle, project parameters, service terms, and payment link.
Included in the price
- electronic license for one project;
- supported client or chronicle selection before payment;
- client and server file downloads after payment confirmation;
- initial file delivery without extra charge;
- order and license requests through tickets and the contact form.
Additional operations
- Client and server files are available without a download limit.
- Changing server parameters, build, or owner is handled as a separate operation under the service terms.
Purchase flow
- Create an account or sign in.
- Open the license purchase page and select a client or chronicle.
- Enter the connection domain and project technical parameters.
- Accept the terms and create an invoice.
- Pay the invoice and wait for automatic confirmation.
- Download available license files in the customer account.
Service delivery terms
These terms are shown before payment and explain how the digital license is delivered.
Personal delivery
The license is created in the buyer account and linked to the selected chronicle, connection domain, and order.
Digital delivery
Files are not shipped physically. Downloads are available in the customer account after payment confirmation.
Payment verification
The website marks an order as paid after provider-side server confirmation and amount, currency, and invoice checks.
Order support
For payment, license delivery, refund, or access questions, the user opens a ticket with the order ID and payment details.
